Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture a robust B2B sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective clients across relevant sectors including financial services, wealth platforms, brokerages, advisory firms, and enterprise partners.
- Drive end-to-end sales closures independently, while collaborating with senior leadership and founders on strategic and high-value opportunities.
- Lead consultative discussions with prospective clients to understand their business needs and position solutions effectively.
- Own the client onboarding journey, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of the platform.
- Work closely with clients to increase product usage, engagement, and stickiness, thereby driving long-term value realization.
- Manage ongoing key account relationships through regular reviews, feedback loops, and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion across existing client relationships.




- Partner with internal product and behavioral science teams to relay client feedback and support solution enhancement.
- Ensure strong focus on client retention, renewal, and revenue growth through proactive account management.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline hygiene, MIS reporting, and periodic updates for leadership review.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 510 years of experience in B2B sales, client success, key account management, or enterprise sales
- Prior experience in FinTech / SaaS / WealthTech / BFSI solutions sales preferred
- Strong ability to independently build relationships and close mandates
- Experience in managing enterprise stakeholders and CXO-level conversations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- High ownership mindset with comfort in working in an early-stage, high-growth workplace
