As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and
scalability of our applications and services at our Client Offices. You will collaborate closely with our
development and operations teams to build and maintain infrastructure, automate processes, and ensure our
systems are highly available and resilient.
Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure using
Docker and Docker orchestration tools (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
Application Deployment: Work with development teams to deploy and manage Java Spring Boot
applications in production environments.
Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to
proactively identify and address potential issues.
Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve
reliability and efficiency.
Incident Response: Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement
preventive measures.
Automation:



Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration
management, and application deployment.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless
integration and delivery of new features and updates.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements
4-8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
Familiarity in deploying and maintaining JVM applications.
Robust knowledge of Docker and Docker orchestration tools (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker
Swarm).
Must have experience in basic Shell Scripting, Linux, Monitoring (Application monitoring, health
of application).
Good to have knowledge of Java, .NET and C++.
Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL and OpenSearch).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Understanding of basic networking and security principles.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and reliability.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Good to have
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
