SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Accounts Payable Executive professionals with experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

Role: Accounts Payable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Verify invoices against supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities including invoice booking, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Process banking transactions through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other payment modes.
- Maintain vendor master records and coordinate with vendors for payment-related queries.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain payment trackers, MIS reports, and Accounts Payable documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and payment processing.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.
- Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and vendor management.
- Experience in invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services Industry preferred.
- Qualification: Any UG Degree (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Candidates must be currently employed (unemployed candidates will not be considered).
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
