We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of software solutions - from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation - using appropriate software development life cycle methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience and will lead the design, development, and support of IT solutions spanning multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies. The Senior Developer will interact directly with customers to understand business and technical contexts, validate project scope and deliverables, and drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

This role requires deep expertise in Java-based backend development, GCP, microservices architecture, and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical IT solutions through appropriate SDLC methodology
- Construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical IT solutions
- Participate in standard IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions
- Use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems
- Apply specialized knowledge across integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise,



and legacy evolution
- Interact with customers to understand the business environment and technical context
- Validate scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned projects
- Lead design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions
- Define project scope, plans, deliverables, and proposed implementation dates
