About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage the day-to-day store operations at our solar project sites. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, storage, inventory management, documentation, and timely issuance of materials to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store activities at the solar project site.
- Receive and verify incoming materials as per Purchase Orders/Delivery Challans.
- Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/register records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRN, material issue slips, return notes, and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Accounts,



and Engineering teams regarding material requirements.
- Track material movement between project sites.
- Identify damaged, excess, or shortage materials and report the same to management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.
- Ensure proper control of company assets, tools, and consumables.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain stock registers and prepare inventory reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of solar project materials will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites as per business requirements.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with experience in construction, electrical, infrastructure, or solar project stores will be preferred.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in the solar, electrical, construction, or infrastructure industry.
