- Handle FIT, Leisure & Group enquiries for European destinations.
- Create customised multi-country Europe itineraries as per client requirements and budget.
- Prepare costing, quotations, margins, mark-ups and currency calculations.
- Coordinate with European hotels, DMCs and suppliers for rates and availability.
- Negotiate supplier rates and provide suitable itinerary/service options.
- Work closely with Sales, Contracting & Operations teams for enquiry conversion.
- Ensure fast and accurate quotation turnaround.
- Maintain strong knowledge of European destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel products.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in European Travel, DMC, Outbound Tourism or Tour Operations.
- Salary : 8 to 24 LPA
- Robust hands-on experience in Europe itinerary planning, costing & quotations.
- Positive knowledge of European destinations, hotels, transfers and sightseeing.
- Experience handling FIT, Leisure & Group travel.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and Excel skills.
- Experience with Indian travel agents/tour operators will be an advantage.
- Western Europe / Scandinavia / Balkans / Baltics experience preferred.
- Good communication skills with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
