Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ServiceNow IRM, third-party risk management and GRC solutions.
- Configure risk, compliance, policy, control, assessment and third-party risk processes.
- Design workflow-driven approvals, notifications and business process automation.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Support solution design, technical architecture, data relationships and platform integrations.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 11 years of relevant ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM,



third-party risk management and GRC implementations.
- Strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience, including platform configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow development.
- Experience designing scalable risk and compliance solutions, integrations and platform data structures.

Positive to Have:

- Experience with compliance management, risk management and policy compliance processes.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline is preferred.
