Role & responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complete program lifecycles, including customer requirements review, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. You will act as the single point of contact for customers such as aerospace and defence clients, ensuring seamless communication and expectation management.

You will work closely with internal teams including Production, Quality, PPC, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment with program timelines and technical requirements. The role involves tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with AS9100D standards, QMS procedures, and customer-specific requirements.

You will drive program reviews, escalation management, and corrective actions (NCR/CAR) while ensuring documentation integrity, traceability, and audit readiness. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring program cost, efficiency, and delivery performance
