Position: IT Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 6-7 Years

Location: Mumbai

Hybrid- 5 days WFO and Sat WFH

Role: We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support for employees and ensure smooth functioning of laptops, desktops, email and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve laptop/desktop hardware and software issues.
- Handle Windows OS, MS Office and application-related troubleshooting.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and email issues, including mailbox, PST/OST and connectivity-related issues.
- Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
- Support user login, password and basic network/connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.




- Coordinate with vendors/internal teams for hardware and technical issues.
- Maintain IT assets, records and support documentation.
- Required Skills:

- 6-7 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in laptop/desktop troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and email troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office/Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and networking.
- Positive communication and user-handling skills.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or related field.
