Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to resolve complex billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/customers.
- Proficiency in denial management processes including appeal procedures.
- Basic knowledge of RCM principles and practices.
