Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process are preferred.

Salary:
Freshers: 5.25 LPA
Experienced: 6.5 lpa [depends on last ctc basic hike ]

Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate information and assistance.
Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.
Follow process guidelines and company policies.
Maintain qualified communication with international customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
