Job Responsibilities:
- Visit ongoing building, commercial and apartment projects across Madurai.
- Meet builders, contractors, engineers, site supervisors and purchase teams.
- Introduce our company and explain our building material products Blue Metal, Aggregates, M-Sand and Fly Ash Bricks.
- Identify customer requirements and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Develop new customers and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Production and Dispatch teams for order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and pending orders.
- Maintain daily visit, enquiry and order reports.
