Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Handle denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and reducing write-offs.
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate payment plans with customers and maintain relationships.
- Analyze data to identify trends in account receivables aging and implement strategies for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Solid knowledge of denial handling, denial management, and appeal processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls.
