2 - 4 years of experience as a trainer in Python, FastAPI and full stack development experience (using Django or Single Page Applications.

- Experience in AI native development using industry framework such as Lang chain or Llama Index or similar one, using GenAI models.

- Strong foundation of AI/ML concepts such as RAG, Agentic and MCP

- Strong cloud experience with application deployment, cloud resource provisioning, and management.

- Robust knowledge in Data Structure and Algorithms and data base (any RDBMS)

- Strong experience and knowledge in System design thinking and design principles and patterns

- Good experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular or React or VueJs

- Hands on cloud native application development experience

- Proven training and facilitation experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.





- Experience creating training artifacts including course content, hands-on labs, projects, etc.

- Strong grounding in pedagogy, learning outcome design, and competency-based assessment.

- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders to design academically rigorous, industry-relevant curricula.

Preferred

- Experience in a technology services or product company environment.

- Good amount of exposure to NoSQL databases

- Hands-on industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI.

- Active certifications in AI/ML e.g., Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Microsoft Azure AI, etc

- Published research, blog contributions, or conference presentations in AI or AI-in-education.
