We're seeking a compliance professional to ensure our Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) business adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, AIF rules, and other applicable laws.
2. Policy Review: Review and update internal policies and procedures.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
5. Investor Communication: Ensure transparent communication with investors.
Requirements:1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of AIF regulations,
SEBI guidelines, and compliance requirements.
3. Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
