We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to work closely with international clients, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and internal technical teams.

The role will involve supporting new client implementations as well as existing/live customer accounts. The candidate will be expected to understand client requirements and queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Prior experience specifically as a Business Analyst is not mandatory. Candidates from Business Development, Client Coordination, Customer Success, Operations or similar roles may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international clients and understand their business processes, requirements, and queries.
- Analyse client queries and identify the appropriate next steps or internal team to involve.
- Support new client onboarding, implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Assist with the ongoing support and management of existing/live customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, QA, Support, and Project Management.
- Track client requirements, tasks, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.




- Learn the product/platform and gradually become capable of handling common client queries independently.
- Maintain basic project and client documentation.
- Build positive and qualified relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
