Job Overview

- Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Fresher
- Experience: Freshers (01 year)
- Location: KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- CTC: 2.04 LPA (including PF)

Job Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment databases.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and the hiring process.
- Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills.

Working Days & Timings:

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

Office Address: HIG 170, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, KPHB Phase 6, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500085.

Preferred Candidates:

- Candidates residing near our KPHB, Kukatpally office or within a commutable distance are preferred.
- Candidates who can attend face-to-face interviews and join immediately are preferred.
