Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven expertise in recruiting for IT Service companies. This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, attract, and onboard top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing Screening: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team expectations.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and offer insights into talent market trends.
- Database Reporting: Maintain and update candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring progress and performance metrics.
- Employer Branding: Actively promote the companys brand to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.




- Additional Responsibilities: Conduct background verification for new joiners to ensure compliance and authenticity.
- Collaborate with the system admin, HR administration team, and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process and associated activities.
- Plan and execute recruitment walk-in drives for bulk hiring to meet organizational needs.
- Organize townhall sessions, office tours, and engaging onboarding activities to create a positive experience for new employees.
- Coordinate with HR Team for any events happening in organization.

Qualifications Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT Service companies.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and skill sets.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
