Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional with strong Market Research industry experience to drive revenue growth across Indian and international markets.

The candidate should independently manage the complete sales lifecycle prospecting, client requirement understanding, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, deal closure, revenue generation and account growth.

This is not a pure lead-generation role. Solid consultative selling, client management, negotiation and closure experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Pan-India and international B2B sales for Market Research services.
- Identify and acquire new clients and grow existing accounts through hunting + farming.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Understand client requirements and work with research teams to develop customized solutions/proposals.




- Conduct client meetings and presentations with CXOs, Business Heads, Marketing, Strategy, Insights and Procurement teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and deal closures.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and account expansion.
- Own sales targets, pipeline, forecasting and revenue numbers.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Contribute to business growth strategy, new markets and client segments.

Must-Have

- 7+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
- Strong Market Research / Market Intelligence sales experience.
- Proven end-to-end sales ownership.
- Strong hunting + farming and new client acquisition experience.
- Experience handling Indian and global clients.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closure skills.
- Experience managing sales targets and revenue.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
