Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being done according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) at the site.
- Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety regulations.
- Read and interpret civil drawings and execute the work accordingly.
- Assist in resolving any site-related technical issues.
- Communicate project progress and concerns to Project Manager/Engineer regularly.
- Ensure site cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Solid coordination and communication with site in-charge and manager
