Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused F&B; professionals to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while maintaining restaurant standards and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Have thorough knowledge of food & beverage menus, ingredients, preparations, and presentation standards.
- Take and process guest orders accurately through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards and ensure timely service.
- Recommend menu items and suggest additional products to enhance the guest experience and drive upselling.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently to requests.
- Communicate orders and special instructions clearly to the kitchen team, including VIP requirements.
- Set up and maintain the assigned workstation before and during service.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, organization,
and overall presentation of the restaurant at all times.
- Check order dockets and bills for accuracy before presenting them to guests.
- Process payments and assist with shift closing, including cash and card settlement.
- Complete closing duties such as restocking, cleaning, and preparing closing reports.
- Ensure proper functioning of service equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Follow all brand standards, SOPs, and food safety practices.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Assist in training and guiding junior team members when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
