About the prospect

We are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner to support the DCX business. You will partner with leaders, strengthen the employee experience, manage the employee lifecycle, and help design and implement scalable HR practices as the organization progresses through a transformation journey. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building processes, and uses employee insights and business data to drive measurable action.

What you will do

- Partner with business leaders and people managers on workforce, employee relations, engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, assimilation, confirmation, performance management, employee connects, payroll inputs, and separation support.
- Track headcount, attrition, engagement indicators, and people trends; present clear insights and recommended actions in regular business reviews.
- Conduct exit interviews, pulse checks, focus-group discussions, and structured employee connects to identify root causes and improve retention.
- Partner with Learning & Development and business leadership to improve manager effectiveness, team culture, capability, and employee-manager relationships.
- Support culture change and HR transformation by reviewing existing practices, simplifying processes, creating standard frameworks, and driving adoption.
- Handle employee concerns with sound judgement, confidentiality, and timely escalation; support POSH and other sensitive employee-relations matters in line with organizational processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, L&D;, Operations,



and HR leadership to deliver integrated people solutions.

What we are looking for

- Hands-on experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or employee-relations role, preferably supporting a sizeable employee population.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee engagement, attrition analysis, retention interventions, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret HR metrics, calculate and explain attrition trends, identify root causes, and convert data into action plans.
- Experience influencing business leaders and managers through clear communication, structured reviews, and practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated initiative in improving onboarding, employee experience, engagement, manager capability, or HR processes.
- Learning agility, resilience, ownership, and willingness to build new practices in a fast-changing environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Preferred exposure

- BPO, ITES, customer-experience, shared-services, or high-volume employee environments.
- Culture change, organizational transformation, process improvement, or HR operating-model enhancement.
- Complex employee relations, POSH support, compensation and retention discussions, HR dashboards, and business reviews.

Shift and role requirements

- Willingness to work approximately 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM in line with business operations.
- Ability to adapt personal routines to the late shift and demonstrate sustained commitment to the work schedule.
- Comfort working in a role where frameworks may need to be created, tested, improved, and scaled.
- Ability to join within the business timeline; candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
