Purchase Manager - Building Materials Procurement & Purchase Management

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for building materials, including cement, steel, sand, TMT bars, bricks, tiles, sanitary ware, aggregate, ready mix concrete, construction material, PO creation & purchase order management.

- Develop current vendor development strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

- Oversee all aspects of material procurement for residential projects from planning to execution.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining relationships with vendors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to material availability and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 10-20 years of experience in Purchase Management (only experienced in Building Material Procurement).

- Any Graduate or Diploma holder in Any Specialization.

- Strong knowledge of building materials such as cement, steel, sand, TMT bars, bricks, tiles etc. .

- Proficiency in creating POs & managing purchase orders effectively.
