Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of .NET developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications using C#.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Develop technical roadmaps for projects based on business objectives and priorities.

- Provide guidance on best practices in coding standards, testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit), version control systems (e.g., Git).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in AWS cloud services.

- Solid understanding of SDLC tooling including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or similar technologies.

- Proficiency in SQL database management systems with ability to write complex queries.

- Experience working with FDD (Feature Driven Development) framework is an added advantage.
