Key Responsibilities

- Manage yarn and fibre dyeing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor daily dyeing to ensure timely delivery and consistent color matching.
- Oversee dyeing processes including Vat, Reactive, Bamboo, PMC Cold Vat, Polyester, Wool, Viscose, Tencel, and Excel Fibre Dyeing.
- Optimize resource use and coordinate with teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Investigate defects and drive continuous improvements.
- Monitor production and dye consumption reports.
- Train and develop dyeing staff.
- Collaborate with R&D; for new shades and product trials.

Required Skills
- Expertise in various dyeing techniques and dye chemistry.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving,



and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP.

Qualification
- B.Tech/PhD. in Textile or related fields.

Experience
- 8-9 years of yarn and fibre dyeing in textiles or related industries.

Preferred
- Proven dyeing operations management with expertise in multiple dyeing methods and shade consistency.
