Roles & Responsibilities

- Accurately review and code medical records/charts according to client requirements.
- Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and specialty-specific coding guidelines.
- Ensure accurate code assignment while maintaining required quality standards.
- Understand and follow client-specific coding guidelines, updates, and process instructions.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets within stipulated timelines.
- Identify and resolve coding-related discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Participate in audits and incorporate feedback to improve coding accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain required production, quality, and process reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client guidelines, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Medical Coding, ICD-10-CM and CPT.
- Good understanding of Anatomy & Physiology and medical terminology.
- Relevant hands-on experience in ED / Surgery / Denials / IP-DRG Coding.
- Ability to accurately interpret medical documentation and physician notes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Life Science / Paramedical / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant medical coding experience.
- Certification: CPC is mandatory.
- Additional Certifications: CIC / COC / CCS will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant specialty experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
