THE OPPORT UNITY
We are looking for a seasoned, high-energy Sales Manager with a robust background in B2C Field Sales and a
proven ability to close high-value deals. This role is open to sharp sales professionals from any industry who
thrive in client-facing environments and can engage with discerning, high-net-worth clientele. Experience in real
estate - particularly in the luxury segment - is a preferred advantage but not a barrier for the right candidate.

B2C Field Sales (Preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive B2C field sales by engaging directly with prospective buyers through site visits, client meetings, and referral networks.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and site visit conversion metrics
Understand client profiles, financial requirements, and lifestyle preferences to recommend the right property solutions.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNI and UHNI clients through proactive outreach, events, and relationship-led selling.
Represent InfraMantra at exclusive property showcases, exhibitions, and international buyer events.
Ensure a world-class client experience from first engagement through site visits, home loan facilitation, and post-sale support.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless deal closures.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress on CRM platforms.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C Field Sales - candidates from premium/luxury consumer sectors are welcome to apply.
Experience in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury or ultra-luxury segment, is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong ability to engage, influence, and close with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised university.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment
Strong network within the real estate broker/channel partner ecosystem is an added advantage .
