Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential customers, present our products/services, and drive conversions.

As our primary target market communicates predominantly in Maharashtra, native or professional fluency in Punjabi is a mandatory requirement for this position. The candidate must be fully capable of pitching, negotiating, and closing deals in the Punjabi language.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pitching: Conduct direct sales pitches, cold calls, and product demonstrations confidently in Punjabi.

Lead Conversion: Follow up on potential leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into successful sales.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



long-lasting relationships with regional clients by addressing their queries effectively.

Market Penetration: Identify new sales opportunities within regional markets and execute targeted sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer feedback, and daily activities in English.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Punjabi(Mandatory) and basic working knowledge of English and Hindi Language.

Sales Acumen: Solid negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary passed in any stream (Management or Marketing background is a plus).

Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
