Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth within a designated territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team (if applicable), and fostering strong customer relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets for Oxynexis Private Limited's products/services.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities, including market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively position Oxynexis Private Limited's offerings.




- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales performance.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in an Area Sales Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable to the role).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the industry relevant to Oxynexis Private Limited's products/services is a plus.
