Role & responsibilities

- Operate production machines according to established procedures

- Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues

- Load materials and handle finished products during the production process

- Perform basic machine inspections and routine cleaning

- Ensure products meet quality requirements and specifications

- Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation

- Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI qualification from a recognized institute (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred); 10th / 12th alone is not eligible

- Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operations

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Power tools or factory experience is an advantage; previous experience is not required
