Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with plant HR teams to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and improve overall morale.
- Design and execute manpower planning processes to meet business objectives, including succession planning for key positions.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent management initiatives such as performance management systems, training programs, and leadership development.

Job Requirements :

- 19-25 years of experience in human resources or related field with expertise in industrial relations.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex industrial settings with multiple sites or units.
- Solid understanding of business HR principles, including strategic HR practices like succession planning and talent management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
