We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Project Manager, Specialist (CS03) to lead complex business projects and critical workstreams that drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

- Lead multiple complex projects and strategic workstreams simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones, governance frameworks, and execution strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, and deliverables while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure project outcomes align with organizational priorities and long-term business strategy.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and success metrics.
- Build strong relationships across functions and effectively influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and recommendations through executive-level presentations and reporting.
- Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and project momentum.

Risk & Issue Management

- Proactively identify project risks, challenges, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize business disruption.
- Manage escalation processes and provide strategic recommendations for critical project issues.

Resource & Financial Management

- Oversee project budgets,



resource allocation, and capacity planning.

- Track project expenditures and monitor overall project health against approved budgets.

Business Performance & Reporting

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project success metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and executive updates utilizing data-driven insights.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Change Management & Process Improvement

- Lead organizational change initiatives associated with project implementation.
- Drive adoption of new business processes, tools, and strategies across stakeholder groups.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall qualified experience, including significant experience in business project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, programs, or multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
