Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (100% Remote/Permanent Work From Home)

Position Summary

As a IT Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to source, screen, negotiate with, and place IT professionals nationwide. You will build a robust pipeline of active candidates, guide them through the credentialing process, and maintain strong relationships to ensure retention and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Pipelines:



Identify and attract qualified IT professionals from all India using job boards and social/professional media ,groups and cold calling
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess required skills, salary expectations, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the compensation package negotiation, including fixed and variable pay.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your placed candidates, managing grievances, and any other enquiries to maximize retention.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 13 years of proven experience as a PAN-India IT Recruiter.

.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a strong ability to build instant rapport over the phone.

- Time Management: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST Monday to Saturday
