About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Java Full Stack Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our growing Global Capability Centre (GCC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with global teams in an agile environment.

This role requires strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Experience

- 5-7 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade web applications and APIs.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerization.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and OOP.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
