Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
- Drive OKRs, KPIs, and KRAs across the organization

Key Skills Requirements

- 10+ years of HR experience (must be from IT Services industry)
- Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Leader
- Solid expertise in OKRs, KPIs, KRAs performance management systems




- Company size handled 150+ employees as a HR Manager and not as a Junior/Senior HR.
- Strong experience in operational HR areas such as productivity tracking, billable hours, data-driven decision-making, and management-level responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with the KEKA platform
- Hands-on experience with HR metrics, analytics, and HR systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Degree in HR or related field
