SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Senior Operations - NACH professionals with banking operations experience.

Role: Senior Operations - NACH

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end NACH mandate operations including registration, modification, swaps, cancellations, and transaction monitoring.
- Handle repayment operations and maintain customer repayment records.
- Manage inward SPDCs, mandate documents, data verification, record maintenance, and document storage.
- Coordinate dispatch of security cheques and repayment-related documents for legal and operational requirements.
- Resolve CRM, SPDC (Cheque), and mandate-related queries from internal stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day repayment operations and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports,



and customer data using MS Excel and CRM systems.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of NACH mandates, repayment operations, and banking processes.
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM systems.
- Experience in SPDC handling and operational documentation.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
- Qualification: Any UG Degree.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Candidates must be currently employed (unemployed candidates will not be considered).
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
