Role & responsibilities :
Academic & Clinical Education Coordination:
- Manage academic activities related to DNB programs, fellowships, internships, residency programs, and clinical postings.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth delivery of training and educational activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10 years of relevant experience in teaching hospitals, medical colleges, nursing institutions, or hospitals with residency/internship programs.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust experience in academic administration, student/resident coordination, ROTA management, medical manpower coordination, and clinical education programs.
- Mature stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work with senior doctors, consultants, faculty, and hospital leadership.
