Hindi Technical Support Executive (Hindi Madatory)

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Shift: Day Shift
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
CTC: 2.4 LPA - 4 LPA

Job Requirements:

- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience is required.
- Experience in handling customer queries over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and technical issue resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer support calls and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for customer concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support.

- Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience (Mandatory)
- Hindi speaking ability (Mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Freshers, please do not apply.
