Job Summary

As a BRM Architect you will own the end-to-end design of Oracle BRM environments for large telecom operators - from on-prem installation and HA configuration to backup strategies and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities

- Architect and oversee BRM on-premises installations and upgrades
- Design high-availability and disaster recovery configurations
- Define configuration standards for BRM components and connections
- Lead root-cause analysis for failed BRM operations and critical incidents
- Establish and enforce backup, restore, and DR procedures
- Guide and review the work of BRM developer teams

Requirements

- 8+ years BRM experience with at least 3 years in an architect role




- Deep expertise in BRM on-prem installation, configuration files, and HA setup
- Robust understanding of BRM system monitoring and failure tracking
- Proven experience in full-cycle BRM backup and restore operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
