Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal with hands- on exposure to California jurisdiction. The role involves managing personal injury cases end-to-end from client intake through settlement while ensuring effective client communication, accurate documentation, and coordination with medical providers and insurance companies.

Skills Required:

• Robust experience in Personal Injury (PI) law within California jurisdiction





• Proficiency in legal case management software such as MerusCase and/or Clio

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to settlement

• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Review and prepare medical chronologies and organize demand package documents

• Coordinate with insurance companies and follow up on claim status

• Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations

• Draft legal documents including:

- Demand letters
- Discovery responses
- Medical summaries

• Ensure accurate case documentation and timely updates in the legal software system

Shift Timings: USA CA time zone (Pacific time zone) 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
