1. Monitor In-Process Quality

2. Ensure adherence to process parameters and Control plans.

3. Analyze defects and failures

Job Description

Drive reduction of rejection, rework and Scrap

Conduct stage-wise inspection

Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA)

Maintain and review quality data

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Coordinate with cross functional teams

Support customer quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Dip . In Rubber / Polymer technologist with 9 years experience

Bachelor . In Rubber / Polymer technologist with 7 years experience

Dip . In Mechanical or any bachelor degree with 12 years experience with minimum of 7 years experience in rubber industry
