About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Lead Management Executive to join our team. The role involves handling leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns, as well as supporting our clients by connecting with their potential customers and maintaining effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Connect with leads on behalf of our clients and provide relevant information about their products/services.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers regularly.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and interest level.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-up status, and customer information.
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team regarding lead status and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Build positive customer interactions through professional and effective communication.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.

What We're Looking For





- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
