Job Summary:

iEnergizer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Front-End Lead Developer to lead and guide development teams in designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Front-End Development, React/JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise application architecture.

The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive software development, architecture, code quality, engineering best practices, and timely delivery while collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Lead technical design, architecture, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Develop and modernize responsive web and mobile applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development best practices, documentation, and testing standards.




- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
- Identify and resolve application performance issues, technical challenges, bugs, and production issues.
- Perform project estimation/sizing, code migration, SLA monitoring, and maintenance window planning.
- Design and develop RESTful and SOAP APIs and integrate enterprise systems.
- Work with microservices architecture and implement resiliency and fault-tolerance design patterns.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Ensure team productivity, technical quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous skill development.

Required Technical Skills:

Front-End Development:

- 10+ years of overall Front-End / Software Development experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing responsive and scalable web applications.

Java & Backend Technologies:

- Strong proficiency in Java.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Spring Boot
- Spring Cloud
- Spring WebFlux
- Java EE

- Robust understanding of Reactive Programming.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Database & APIs:

- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.




- Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee.

Cloud & DevOps:

- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform:

- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience with Git/GitLab.
- Hands-on experience configuring CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

Messaging, Caching & Application Servers:

- Experience with streaming/messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience with at least one caching technology:

- Redis
- Memcached
- Hazelcast

- Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.

Development & Project Tools:

- Proficiency with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or Visual Studio Code.
- Experience working with Jira or similar Agile/project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Proven ability to lead technical design and architecture discussions.
- Strong decision-making ability with a focus on scalability, performance, resilience, and delivery timelines.
- Experience setting and enforcing engineering best practices.
- Robust mentoring and team-development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management and project-delivery skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
