We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage tour operations, hotel bookings, transportation, customer coordination, and overall travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day tour operations and booking management.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, guides, and other travel partners.
- Prepare tour itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Manage hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and package confirmations.
- Assist customers with travel queries before and during the trip.
- Monitor booking status and ensure timely confirmations.
- Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions during tours.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth package execution.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and vendor details.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.




- Basic understanding of travel operations and itinerary planning.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and clients.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in handling group tours, FIT bookings, and customised packages will be preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel contracting and vendor negotiation is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak travel seasons.
- Experience in pilgrimage, leisure, or international tour operations will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in travel operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
