Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, denials, and claims.
- Handle incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding outstanding balances.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes and resubmitting claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management in a hospital setting.
- Robust knowledge of medical billing processes, including claims submission and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
