Job Description: BIM Coordinator Architecture

Reports to: BIM Manager • Location: Hyderabad, India • Type: Full time,

Role purpose

Assure the architectural information that consultants and contractors deliver on the company's projects. The role checks architectural models against the company's standards and EIR, and makes sure areas, spaces and finishes data are accurate from design through handover.

Key responsibilities

- Review architectural models and drawings at each stage against the EIR, BEP and company BIM standards.
- Check area and space data (GFA, saleable and leasable areas, unit mix)
- Verify naming, classification and Level of Information Need for rooms, doors, finishes and faade elements.
- Run clash and coordination checks between architecture and structure/MEP; raise and track issues in BCF.
- Attend design coordination meetings and follow up issue closure with consultants and contractors.
- Keeps follow-up and constant updates




- Check as-built architectural models and asset data before handover and report gaps to the BIM Manager.

Requirements

Essential

- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- [8-10] years in Architectural field , including [5+] years in architectural BIM modelling or coordination.
- BIM experience on large GCC residential, commercial or mixed-use projects.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and local authority BIM submission requirements.
- Revit (Architecture), Navisworks or Solibri, IFC, and a major CDE (e.g. ACC).

Desirable: ArchiCAD; Dynamo or scripting for model checks; area measurement standards (e.g. IPMS or local regulator rules);

Key competencies

Checks detail methodically and reports issues clearly to consultants and contractors. Works constructively with the BIM Manager and project teams to close issues on time.
