Job Title: Process Trainer – Property Accounting

Job Brief: We are looking for a dedicated Process Trainer in Property Accounting to implement training programs and enhance the accounting team’s performance and knowledge in property accounting concepts and practices. The Process Trainer will assess the training needs, create training content and conduct training sessions for employees in U.S. Property Accounting.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs tailored to property accounting processes.

Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

Create training materials including process manuals and presentations.

Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Update training materials based on process changes or improvements.





Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property accounting.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a process trainer or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with property accounting processes and systems.

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and finance or related field.

Hands-on-experience with Accounting Software like Yardi, MRI, Nexus, SAP and MS-Excel is an added advantage.

Willing to WFO and adaptable to work in different shift timings, as required.
