1. Early Identification of Investment Opportunities FOR Family office portfolio only

- Proactively identify undiscovered, under-researched or overlooked companies with significant potential for long-term wealth creation and multibagger returns.
- Focus primarily on small-cap and micro-cap companies, emerging businesses, turnaround opportunities and companies entering a high-growth phase.
- Identify potential catalysts such as earnings acceleration, capacity expansion, industry tailwinds, improving margins, management changes, deleveraging and favourable macroeconomic developments.
- Aim to identify opportunities before they attract widespread institutional or retail investor attention.Prior experience in equity research, fundamental analysis, investment advisory, portfolio research, family offices, PMS, AIFs or related capital-market roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, particularly small-cap and micro-cap companies.
- Ability to independently source and evaluate investment ideas.
- Familiarity with annual reports, investor presentations, earnings calls, stock exchange filings and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical ability, business acumen and financial judgment.
- Present investment ideas directly to the Principal Investor in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.




- Explain why a particular company is attractive, why the opportunity exists now, what the market may be overlooking and what could unlock its value.

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Full-Time: The analyst will be responsible for continuous investment idea generation, fundamental research, monitoring shortlisted companies and supporting investment decisions.

Part time / Flexible Engagement: Suitable for experienced analysts or independent research professionals who can periodically generate high-quality investment ideas and respond to specific research queries on stocks identified by the Principal Investor.

We are open to flexible engagement structures for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional research capabilities and deliver meaningful investment insights.

- Well-spoken, articulate and confident communicator with clear diction, professional presentation and an excellent command of English.
- Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in meaningful one-to-one investment discussions.
