ServiceNow Service Catalog Management IT Service Management (ITSM)

We are looking for a Service Catalog Manager to join our ServiceNow Competency Center and manage the end-to-end delivery of new catalog items in ServiceNow. In this role, you will work closely with requestors, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that catalog solutions are user-friendly and aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing workflows, and coordinating the release process. Your tasks

- Gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements for new catalog items in collaboration with requestors
- Designing and proposing effective catalog solutions, including workflows and process sequences, to meet business needs
- Maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Coordinating the full release process, including Jira tracking, development support, testing, UAT, defect management,



and production release
- Prioritizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in Service Catalog Management or IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Solid communication skills to clearly present ideas and articulate expected end-user experiences
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail for designing workflows and logical action sequences
- Experience working with Jira and supporting release coordination
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests effectively
- Fluent English
- Residency in Poland
