Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team, supporting customers across the Banking and Telecom sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international banking and telecom processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, banking transactions, billing, payments, and telecom services, depending on the assigned process.
- Ensure effective client handling and professional communication.
- Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.




- Follow quality standards, process guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational UK/US shifts.
- Customer support or international voice experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
